I know we get the humorous and giggle moments and to some they might laugh for 2 secs or even a minute. As a personal development and growth freak.

I explored intentional laughing I’d space 10 minutes every day to laugh I’d watch a funny video, comedy or do something silly or even humor's conversation.

Laughing for at least 10 minutes every day can have numerous benefits for your physical and mental health. Here are some reasons why incorporating more laughter into your daily routine is a great idea:

  1. Reduce Stress: stress is something will never get rid of but with laughter we can manage it so each time you laugh when you are stressed the levels of stress hormones are reduced, helping you feel more relaxed and plus, when you feel anxious do a little laughing it eases it!

  1. Boosts Immune System: you know each time you laugh the production of antibodies increases and activates immune cells, which helps you to be equipped (body) to fight illnesses.
  2. Improves Mood: Gather here, if you get mood sometimes and heyy you might even be mood for no or some reason but regardless, laughter improves your mood so grab that phone and call your funny friend or remember something silly that you did!
  3. Social Connection: think of laughing 10 minutes every day with having a chat and conversation with your friends and family or even strangers helps you strengthens your relationships and fosters a sense of connection and belonging..
  4. Cardiovascular Benefits: laughter improves blood flow which help protect against heart diseases and improves the function of blood vessels
  5. Physical exercise, yes laughter is doing exercises because you get to give to your diaphragm and abdominal a workout which can be comparable to light exercise, so you have no excuse to not laugh!

So, whether it’s watching a funny movie, reading a humorous book, or just sharing jokes with friends, make sure to find time to laugh every day. It’s a simple and enjoyable way to enhance your health and happiness!
