phones are our angels in disguise but at night they are not because they do more harm than good.

1.replace your family time with screen.

instead of reflecting with your family after a long day, you use that time to press your phone and worse if the entire house does it! instead of phones switch to watching tv together relatable

2. Harm your eyes and reap off your creativity.

an average human being spends at least 8 hours on their phone which deprives them off their sleep and idle moments that reap them creativity and relaxation with nature!

3. Affects Sleep Duration: The blue light emitted by mobile phones interferes with the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates your sleep-wake cycle. This disruption can lead to reduced sleep duration

4.Damages the Retina:

The blue light from smartphones has the shortest wavelength and flickers more, potentially damaging your retina over time.

5.Increased Risk of Depression: Late-night phone usage has been associated with psychological problems such as depression and bipolar disorder3.

6.Higher Risk of Cancer: While more research is needed, some studies suggest that exposure to artificial light at night may increase the risk of certain cancers.

consider keeping your phone out of your bedroom to improve your sleep quality and overall health!
