The way you think

  1. On average we have thousands and thousands of Thoughts and most of them are either from yesterday or negative. Don’t worry if you’re always negative because the last thing that’s the fifth thing is going to help . Ask yourself is this important? Or will this matter? Don’t think about things that are going to hurt … do you ever imagine something so awful that you cry like a baby who hasn’t had milk in hours . Now is the time you stop make a list of beautiful and yet micro thinks you can think about. Like how to treat yourself better? How to be more nicer in conversation? How to pay attention more? Or match what you say and do. See it’s that practical and intentional!
  2. The way you act

Why do you act like you do? Yes we know you’re you with name and nature. But what’s the nature’s background dig deep the roots. And you’re going to find unresolved decision or situation or some trauma. Or maybe you’ve been bottling up a lot.. Let’s flip the page ! In a good way. Maybe you love organized stuff, reading, writing, drawing. If you want to know who you are and passion observe how you ACT! Your passion, your interests are all locked in your actions. But we don’t always act in a good way, and we can never be 100 % good but there’s good news we can’t be 100% bad too the choice is yours and remember it’s nice to be nice. Don’t act in a particular way because you want to please someone or be in there good books come to think of it you can make your own book and give them to read, and that’s by being authentic in how you act, good because you love to be treated in a great manner, helpful because you need help too and most importantly the identity you are. So the next time someone throws something at you, the identity you have will determine how you respond. Just try it out and see which one will love the way the world was in 1950, isn’t the same today so why should you stick to the same shirt when you can wear another.

  1. The way you look

I know someone is going to say what about if it’s my uniform. You can still iron, use a sweet smelling fragrance softener, and wear perfume. You can have the sleeves rolled, add a Dallas or jersey. And to look beautiful stand before the mirror it’s for that person there not for anyone else but that. You can wear all the beautiful dresses but if you don’t feel it it’s a trap as you wear that dress or shirt or short tell you. Associate your clothes with energy and confidence when wear shirts know the energy behind it. Is it confidence? Is it authority? Is it elegance? Is it authenticity. You don’t have to completely change your wardrobe, just alternate you know that black skirt or pants suffer? Lol. So the next time someone throws something at you, the identity you have will determine how you respond. Just try it out and see which one will love the way the world was in 1950, isn’t the same today so why should you stick to the same shirt when you can wear another.

  2. There two kinds of people those you fall because they smell good and those you want to die because they don’t smell so good (headache and uncomfortably). Now
  3. The way you connect with yourself.each time you want to meet new people it’s fine but when are you ever going to meet you and connect with you. Yes you bath your body and feed it but there’s more to that. You know how you just don’t get to know your friends in one day it took years and months same for your job or skills. And you too. 50% don’t dodge this step and this year make time for you aside from work, learning or people. Just you. Do you know how your body feels when you touch the ground or how you’re able to discern or how your mind keeps you in tune at your lowest. Find time to be alone and fall in love with you.
